A man who filmed himself as he purposely drove towards a rival and mowed him down in his car has been convicted in court.

Nicholas Kyle Hoffman was convicted and sentenced to 25 years in prison for a hit-and-run. He recorded the incident in his vehicle as he purposely prepared to drive towards and then accelerate towards another teen. Hoffman was 17 at the time and had a female friend in the car with him at the time.

In the video, someone says “ready” before the car quickly accelerates straight towards two teens standing in the street. The car slams into one of the teens, and he is flung onto the windshield and over the top the car.

The female can be heard saying “Nick!” several times in shock afterwards. He then left the scene.

Sources say that he was angry at the other teen because he owed him money for weed.

Luckily, the victim survived.

Watch the video below, but beware – it is very gruesome.
